Delivery Options: All standard deliveries will be delivered in a 5-hour window frame before the time you select or schedule for us to deliver. Please allow 1-2 hours for our pick-up time. Please understand that we have several clients to serve and can only offer them a 1-2 hour window for pickup times, especially on weekends. PLEASE NOTE: If you require a delivery and pickup at the specific time you selected or scheduled, this service would have an additional price of $50.00 increase from the regular or standard price for delivery and $50.00 increase from the regular or standard price for pickup. - See Delivery Info Page for full details.

Possible Delivery a day before/ Pick-up a day after: We sometimes have to arrive the day before and pick-up one day after your event to get all of the Rental Items out on time, but we do not charge for the extra time. By selecting yes it does NOT guarantee that we will arrive a day before to deliver or a day after to pick up. It is ONLY a possibility. (Please let us know if you agree with this option)

Our Damage Waiver? For 10% of your total rental costs we will waive any unintentional damage that happens to our equipment during your rental, excluding intentional damage and theft (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) . Unintentional damage EXCLUDES the following: silly string, gum, paint, markers, pens, cuts, slices, pets, punctures by sharp objects and burned damage from fireworks, cigarettes, etc.

Park/Public Place Fee $100 Are you having your event at a Public Park or Public Place? Park/Public Place fee $100.00 Make sure the area has electricity available for the unit you rented, otherwise you will need to provide a generator that is at least 3500 watts, per outlet, or better. Delivery and pick-up will be a 1 hour window-frame from the scheduled order. (for example), if you schedule the reservation from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. we will arrive between 10 and 11 a.m. and we will pick up between 6 and 7 p.m. There is a grace window of 1 hour before delivery and 1 hour after the selected pick-up time ***NOTE: Rental fees must be paid in full even if your personal generator fails to work properly
